STATICMIXER supplies industrial static mixers — plastic and stainless steel — from our export base in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. We source from a curated network of partner factories and ship supplier-direct to importers, distributors, OEM brands and plant operators worldwide.

We are not a factory — and we say so. STATICMIXER is a China-based static mixer supplier that works with a curated network of specialist factories across Zhejiang and neighboring provinces: plastic extrusion and injection plants for PVC/PP/PVDF mixer bodies and elements, stainless steel fabrication shops for 304/316 housings, and machining lines for custom end connections. We choose partners for product quality first, then negotiate volume pricing on your behalf.
Every order is inspected before it ships. We photograph and video each batch — bodies, elements, end connections, packaging — and share the records with you before loading. Dimensional checks, element-to-body fit and pressure testing are verified against the approved sample. Shipments leave with full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list and certificates. If a batch does not pass inspection, it does not ship.

Partner Factory Audits
Factories are selected on product quality, capacity and compliance — and re-audited regularly. We only list partners whose products we would buy ourselves. Focus areas: dimensional accuracy, element-to-body fit, material traceability and weld quality on stainless lines.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Each batch is photographed and videoed before loading, with dimension and pressure test records shared with you. What you see is what ships — nothing leaves without our sign-off.
Incoming QC at Source
Raw material and finished-goods checks happen at the factory gate — wall thickness, element geometry, thread and flange dimensions and surface finish are caught before a batch ever reaches a container.
