What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on size and material — standard plastic mixers (PVC/PP) from small runs, stainless steel and custom configurations from moderate quantities. Samples are available first so you can test fit and mixing before committing to volume. Exact MOQ is confirmed at quotation.
What are your lead times?
Samples: 7–10 days. Stock configurations: 3–7 days. Bulk production: 2–4 weeks depending on size, material and quantity. Custom OEM runs are confirmed at quotation.
What payment terms do you offer?
T/T is standard for bulk orders, PayPal for samples and small orders, and L/C for large or regular orders. Terms are confirmed at quotation.
What are your shipping options?
Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples, air or sea freight for bulk. Mixed-SKU orders ship consolidated with one customs entry — less freight and fewer headaches.
Sizing & Selection
How do I choose the right static mixer size?
Send us your flow rate, pipe size, fluid, viscosity and mixing goal. We size the mixer — element type, element count, ΔP and CoV — and return a verified spec sheet with the quote. Standard pipe sizes range from 1/2" to 24", with larger sizes made to order.
What is ΔP (pressure drop)?
ΔP is the pressure loss the mixer adds to the line. A typical 6-element mixer for water service runs at roughly 0.3–1.0 bar at design flow. We verify ΔP against your available pump head before quoting so the mixer never starves your process.
What is CoV and why does it matter?
CoV (coefficient of variation) measures mixing uniformity — how evenly the additive is distributed across the pipe cross-section. We design to a ±5% CoV target and confirm the element count and geometry needed to hit it for your flow regime.
Helical or blade elements — which do I need?
Helical elements suit laminar and viscous streams, blade elements suit turbulent flow, and non-clog/open-channel designs handle sludge and solids-laden lines. The right choice depends on your Reynolds number and mixing goal — we specify it for you.
Materials & Connections
What materials are available?
PVC, PP, PVDF, PTFE/PFA and 304/316 stainless steel — selected by chemical compatibility, temperature and pressure. NSF 61 certified PVC configurations are available for potable water service.
What end connections do you offer?
NPT/BSPT threaded, ANSI flanged, tri-clamp sanitary and plain ends for solvent-weld or on-site welding. Custom ports and injection points can be added for OEM projects.
When should I choose stainless steel over plastic?
Choose stainless steel when the line needs high pressure, high temperature, CIP/sanitary compliance, or a chemical duty beyond PVC/PP/PVDF limits. For water, wastewater and mild chemicals, plastic is the economical choice.
OEM / ODM
Can you do OEM / ODM with my own brand?
Yes — OEM/ODM is a core part of our business. OEM means your brand on our standard mixer lines (plastic and stainless housings, elements, spares). ODM means a product built to your spec — custom sizes, end connections, element geometry, injection ports and packaging. Samples are provided before mass production.
What is your OEM / ODM process?
1) Send your drawing, spec or sample → 2) engineering review, quote and sample in 7–10 days → 3) sample approval → 4) production in 2–4 weeks → 5) pre-shipment photo and dimension inspection → 6) shipment with export documentation. One account manager handles the whole flow.

How do you guarantee quality?
Every batch is inspected and photographed before shipment — dimensions, element fit and pressure testing verified against the approved sample — with records shared with you before loading. Shipments include full export documentation. Defective items are replaced or credited; claims are verified with photos. We support in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.
Do you provide sizing and engineering support?
Yes — send flow rate, pipe size, fluid data and your mixing target, and we return a verified spec sheet (element type, size, ΔP and CoV) with the quote, free of charge. Engineering help continues after the sale.
